Day to Day duties:

• Review Tax Returns and other financial documents in order to pre-screen the viability of borrowers.
• Analyze financial statements and prepare credit underwriting reports
• Pull credit reports and analyze them. Pull background check and evaluate for consistency
• Analyze borrower's income and determine DTI ratio.
• Perform credit underwriting and assess credit risk.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, etc.)
• 2 years of underwriting experience with residential loans.
